D'Ieteren's new all-bike brand opens its first shop

With a surface area of 3,000 m², a long test track, a repair workshop and a wide range of bikes, in just two months of collaboration with D'Ieteren, we created the shop layout for Brussels' new must-have bike retailer: Lucien.

Lucien's aim is clear: to provide as much support as possible for future bike owners!

It's an innovative idea, with a long track inside the shop where customers can try out the bike they like.

Mechanics are on standby to deal with the slightest problem.

Lucien is a project that was made possible thanks to perfect understanding and a long and trusting collaboration between D'Ieteren and PLUO that spans almost 40 years.

"We got on well with the team from the get go. They were very flexible in responding quickly to our new questions or ideas."

In just two months of collaboration with D'Ieteren and their architectural firm - Wave Of Engagement - we were able to complete the project they had designed.

Initially, our technical developers studied the optimisation and technical realisation of the furniture: counters, pedestals, display furniture, etc. To ensure that the furniture we designed was perfectly suited to the product, we produced a prototype of the display furniture for a bike.

This was followed by the production of all the furniture in our workshops, the completion of the flooring and the painting.

We would like to thank Wave of Engagement and D'Ieteren for their trust!
