Renovation of the Van Haeverbeeck pharmacy in Woluwé-Saint-Pierre.

Focus on making the most of a small space.

Mr. Vanhaeverbeeck’s pharmacy, located in an old building bursting with character, suffered a fire. Redesigning the space and its layout was an opportunity to give the pharmacy a second lease of life!

Despite the small space measuring 70 m², our architects managed to make the most of the space.

The result is a well-organised, comfortable and welcoming shop with real personality.

“Thanks a lot to you and your teams. It’s a pleasure to be helped by people who are open, who listen, who are patient and who are there all the time. It’s really reassuring.”

Mr. Van Haeverbeeck Owner

The sense of space and coziness is reflected in the contrasting colors, the use of natural light and the choice of furniture and signage.

To make them stand out, the products are placed in front of a dark grey wall in a number of places.

The signage is easy to read and clearly defines the different zones.

A comfortable, well-organized back-office!

Naturally, all the bespoke elements are produced in our own joinery workshop.

The children’s area has been optimized to make way for a service staircase (behind the door).

This little cocoon near the counters, and of course away from the doors, is an inviting space for children to sit down in complete safety.
