Creating flex offices in the heart of Belgium's iconic Royal Belge building

Virtuology International, a group of digital marketing agencies, wanted to bring its various companies together in a single building: the prestigious, recently renovated Royale Belge building on the Boulevard du Souverain in Brussels.

A project we carried out in collaboration with the real estate company Colliers Belgium, who created the design concept.

PLUO at the helm of the general contracting firm

PLUO's first successful assignment: responding to a call for tenders and being selected as a general contractor. As well as creating the bespoke furniture, our assignment also included creating and installing the glass partitions, painting, supplying and installing the floor, blinds, lights, curtains and light fittings.

Guaranteed collaboration...

Our technical development office used 3D images developed by Colliers to study the manufacture of the furniture.

We have attached particular importance to respecting the proposed design.

Together, we set out to find the most creative technical solutions, without neglecting to identify all possible ways of reducing costs. Our constant concern is to keep the customer informed and involved at every stage of the project.

Unique space, exclusive furniture

While each project has its more complex aspects, it was definitely the reception desk that required the most detailed technical study. Made from Corian, renowned for its sensory qualities, the countertop is distinguished by its double curvature.

The stands and benches have been designed to optimise their construction and save materials.

Wisely placed bubbles, a bright, welcoming kitchen and a large window box give the whole place that extra touch of zen that makes you want to sit down and work.

Flex offices are a modern take on workspace organisation.
